Trailrunners Gus is a playful chocolate lab. He is the definition of an "on and off" working lab. That calm, but certainly not lazy, attitude transfers to the field. When he is at home, he is a kind and gentle lab who always has a bone or toy in his mouth, but when it is time to work, Gus is ready to focus intently to get the retrieving done! Here we are at a couple of weeks old.
We are 5 weeks old now. You can really see how huge we are when next to Momma. She still gives us a little milk even though most of our milk now comes from a bowl! Still, we soak up her calm reassurance and companionship, as she gives her all with the best loving Momma care possible!
