Trailrunners Training Center

Trailrunners K9 Training Center trains dogs for clients. One of the main reasons that people bring their dogs to us is for is obedience training, especially in the area of problem, unwanted, or dangerous behaviour issues. After training or rehabilitating the dog, we then teach the dog owner how to handle their "new" highly trained off leash dog , when after a set period of time, the dog is fully trained. We have a large indoor training facility that we use year round. We have numerous play yards for the dogs between formal training times, where we use other compatible dogs to compliment the training and build confidence and manners in them around other dogs. We also have a 3/4 mile long private lake and other land areas too that we use for various aspects of training, and recreation as well for the dogs.

At Trailrunners we have a very solid track record in training dogs for Obedience / Manners/ Problem Dog Behavour Rehabilitation / People & Dog Agression issues / Gun Dog Training / Professional Canine work at various levels.

Your dog gets expert training, and once the training is complete, you get instruction and advice from trainers who have worked with every breed and temperment. At Trailrunners, we have sucessfully changed behaviours in dogs for every possible issue.

We "Board and train" dogs that need a behaviour tune up.. or major overhaul! For many dogs this becomes a place of rehabilitation for behavioural issues that, unless corrected, would otherwise result in the owners having to "put the dog down". Through our training program we have saved the lives of many dogs in this way by turning around the behavioural areas that were the problem.
