Hi Guys,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note thanking
you for taking care of my Bullmastiff, Goomba,
for two weeks.
It is really nice to have piece of mind knowing
that my puppy is safe, busy and playing with
other dogs opposed to being in a kennel. I know
that you spent a lot of time finding her compatible
dogs to play with - as she was matched with
a Beagle and a Boston Terrier… who would
have guessed! I'm sure Goomba enjoyed her swims,
walks and bike rides, and for that we both thank
you! The staff was very accommodating and let
me bring Goomba’s bed, toys and treats.
I even received an email update while I was
away. I hope this will help others find comfort
in sending their pets to the Pet Resort when
the need arises. Thanks so much,

Thanks again for looking after our dogs! They

We have taken our Beagle, Oscar, to Trailrunners
Pet Resort from the time we purchased him as
a puppy. We are convinced that he is a happy
and well adjusted dog because of the care and
training he has received at Trailrunners.
 The
services provided at the Pet Resort are varied.
They have a quality exercise program which includes
swimming in the summer and play time with carefully
selected compatible dogs. We also elected for
Fran Oudshoorn to train Oscar for a few months
and her training has really made him into an
obedient and well-mannered "boy".
Oscar receives constant supervision. He has
his own separate outdoor kennel with access
to a heated indoor space during the winter months.
He is also kenneled indoors during the night.
Safety and health are priorities at Trailrunners.
Fran insists that vaccinations are up to date
and the dog is healthy. At Trailrunners we are
allowed the option of bringing our own food
or having a healthy diet provided for our pet.
The owners of Trailrunners provide flexible
hours to bring him to the resort as well as
pick him up. The costs are reasonable and well
worth the peace of mind we feel when leaving
our pet.
We have been extremely satisfied with the care
and attention Oscar has received. Every time
we make that turn from our highway into the
Trailrunners Pet Resort yard with Oscar in the
back he's absolutely wild
with excitement. It appears he enjoys his time
there as well. When we pick him up he's so exhausted
he can barely get in the door, plop down and
sigh contentedly before falling fast asleep.
We know he's happy, well taken care of and safe
when we take him to "The Resort".
